FLIGHTS

Because of our smaller operation, we're only able to fly on Saturday mornings, Saturday evenings, and Sunday mornings. Call, email, or contact below to schedule a reservation. A deposit is required to hold the reservation but full payment is not required until the day of the flight.
Shared Flight - $325/Person
A shared flight with at most 6 passengers in the basket.
Private Flight - $1495
An exclusive flight for only two passengers. A perfect way to celebrate a special occasion!

What to Expect

We'll meet 30min before sunrise (varies depends on the time of the year) at our launch field in Bridgewater, VA. You'll leave your vehicle there, and we'll drop you off after the flight.
We recommend wearing long pants and close-toed shoes (water-resistant is best because the grass is usually wet with dew) for the flight. Other than that just dress for the weather in layers so you can adjust when needed. The temperature while flying will be very similar to what it is on the ground.
The flight is very weather-dependent. A few factors that might prevent us from flying are: too windy, too foggy, or precipitation in the area. We'll be checking it frequently and will touch base with you the week before the flight to let you know how it looks. The closer we get to our scheduled flight the more information we will have. If there are any potentially unsafe conditions then we will have to reschedule. Safety is our #1 concern. If the conditions look suitable for flight then we will continue with planning the flight, even though it's always subject to change even right up to the point of liftoff (we never know what the weather might do!). We'll be sure to communicate any changes as they come up so you can plan accordingly.
The flight will be approximately 40-60 minutes long depending on the weather, landing opportunities, remaining fuel, etc. After we land we'll open a bottle of bubbly and have our customary champagne toast! The whole adventure from start to finish is about 2-3 hours long so plan to be finished around that time.
There's also a liability waiver that will need to be signed by every passenger before we lift off. This is standard practice for all balloon pilots and required by our insurance company. You can print off a copy and bring it with you or we'll have some you can sign at the launch field.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by passengers outside of 72 hrs but within one week of the scheduled flight time forfeits the deposit. Cancellation by passengers within 72 hrs of the scheduled flight time constitutes full payment. If your flight is cancelled by us, due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control, there will be no charge. We will then do our best to reschedule your balloon ride to another date.
TETHERS
Tether - Call for Pricing
Tethers are a fantastic way to please a crowd. Whatever the occasion -- a private party, a public gathering, a fundraiser, an auction, or other event -- a hot air balloon will leave guests talking about it for years to come. Rides can take up to 4-5 people at a time, and our setup allows passengers to get up to 75ft off the ground for a few minutes before coming down safely.
